02. Cauchy

A Cauchy distribution (Lorentz Profile) is what you get if you divide one Gauß-distributed random variable by another Gauß-distributed random variable.

ϕ(x):=÷{1}{π}⋅÷{s}{s²+(x-t)²}

The stem function is:

F(x)=∫\limits_{-∞}^{x} ϕ(ξ)⋅dξ
F(x)=÷{1}{2}+÷{1}{π}⋅\arctan(÷{x-t}{s})
