07. Wheatstone Bridge

When U=0, this holds:

÷{R_1}{R_2}=÷{R_3}{R_4}

Or, identically:

÷{R_4}{R_2}=÷{R_3}{R_1}

Also works with alternating current and impedances.

Can sometimes be used to measure one of the resistors (or whatever it is) if the other three are known.

The reason for the "sometimes" is that with impedances, you cannot always get U=0 to hold. That only works if the j of the equations cancel out.
